Personal Banker Floater

At The Old Point National Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Personal Banker Floater to join our team. As a Personal Banker Floater, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, opening and updating accounts, selling and cross-selling bank products and services, and performing teller duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and update customer transaction accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to internal and external customer inquiries
• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services
• Generate and maintain assigned files, records, and reports
• Maintain branch safe deposit boxes and records
• Perform teller duties when required
• Assist branch officer with branch operations
• Attend required meetings and training

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and 6-12 months of experience in banking as a Teller or Personal Banker or related field
• Ability to operate a personal computer
• Basic knowledge of bank products and services
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
