Job Summary

PACS Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Caregiver to join our team. As a Medical Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
  • Provide personal care: Assist with feeding, transferring, and positioning residents.
  • Monitor and report changes: Keep track of residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Support with medication management: Assist with administering medications and monitoring residents' responses.
  • Engage in activities and socialization: Participate in activities and social events to promote residents' mental and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document care: Accurately record residents' care plans, progress, and any concerns.
Requirements
  • Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Certifications and training: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and any other relevant training.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Physical demands: Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care, as well as stand for long periods.
