We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ultra Steak, Inc. in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all kitchen operations meet food safety standards and regulations.
    • Understand and follow proper food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Assist with the maintenance and calibration of kitchen equipment.
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare ingredients and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with servers to ensure that orders are completed accurately and on time.
