Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Boiler Technician to test, commission, diagnose, and repair new and existing boiler installations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our boiler systems.

Responsibilities

  • Test and commission new and existing boiler installations to ensure they meet design specifications.
  • Diagnose and repair condensing, non-condensing, water tube, fire tube boilers, domestic hot water, hydronic heating, and steam systems.
  • Utilize combustion analysis equipment to adjust fire control systems and achieve design conditions.
  • Responsible for all documentation, inspecting, and troubleshooting of boiler and equipment.
  • Able to adhere to all safety protocols according to the National Board Association.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Knowledge of various boiler types and manufacturers.
  • Experience with boiler fire control systems and understanding of all aspects of boiler safety and operation.
  • Proficient in working with boiler controls and boiler ancillary equipment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Factory training on various OEMs a plus.
