About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Building Technician III to join our team at TDIndustries. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and training to other technicians, operating and maintaining utilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and training to other Building Technicians as needed
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain utilities, including HVAC, WFI, purified water, and process equipment
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems
  • Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools
  • Assist engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC building maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical degree in a related field is preferred
  • Current EPA Universal refrigeration license
  • Principles of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work
  • Principles of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under stress, and meet short deadlines
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Basic computer skills
