Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Billing Specialist to join our team at Coggin Honda Jacksonville. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and verifying all documentation pertaining to a customer's vehicle purchase, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Asbury guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Examine contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements
- Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets for accuracy and compliance
- Review deals in the deal queue for errors and verify all documents are signed and completed accurately
- Process paperwork in a timely manner and reconcile schedules
- Post new and used deals to accounting books and issue checks for lien payoffs
- Communicate and resolve any issues with the Accounting Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by your direct Supervisor
- At least 2 years' experience working in a busy office environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Automotive accounting or CDK experience preferred
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age and pass pre-employment screens
- Weekly pay and paid holidays
