NewtekOne, a leading provider of business and financial solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join its team. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in assisting closing attorneys with loan closing packages for U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan closings, specifically with SBA loan documentation. You will be responsible for managing files, pulling reports, ordering title orders, and preparing loan documentation in compliance with internal and SBA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist closing attorneys with file management and report preparation
  • Order and follow up on title orders
  • Compile loan documentation in compliance with internal and SBA requirements
  • Develop familiarity with all loan structures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan closings, specifically with SBA loan documentation
  • Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation
  • Highly proficient with file management and PDF software, and MS Office suite
  • Strong organization skills and ability to follow orders
