Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Step Down Registered Nurse to join our team at TravelNurseSource. About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Step Down setting and possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Step Down setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.

Requirements:
