Cynet Health is currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical/Surgical expert.
Job OverviewThis 12-week assignment offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a dynamic Medical/Surgical environment. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, you will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and relevant certifications for Med/Surg required. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical/Surgical setting, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
- Monitor patient health and record signs, symptoms, and treatment outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health conditions, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation, adhering to professional standards and regulations.
- A minimum of 12 weeks of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical/Surgical setting.
- An active RN License and relevant certifications for Med/Surg required.
- Strong clinical skills and effective communication abilities, with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.
