Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and troubleshoot RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies using RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, RF Power Meters, and PNA Network Analyzers.
  • Work under a microscope to test, tune, and troubleshoot RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies, using hand tools such as torque drivers and tweezers.
  • Read and interpret detailed process sheets and drawings to ensure accurate testing and troubleshooting.
  • Use computer skills to retrieve drawings and work instructions.
  • Operate computer-driven mechanical vibration equipment.
  • Solder using J-STD-001 standards to support tuning processes.
  • Analyze RF Microwave test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and write test procedures and troubleshoot from schematics.
  • Work in an ESD and FOD controlled environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required (no Bachelor's degree necessary).
  • Experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies.
  • Familiarity with RF equipment and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
