We are seeking an experienced Senior RF Systems Engineer to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF circuitry used in high frequency and microwave applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF circuitry for receivers, transmitters, antennas, and frequency synthesizers
  • Perform hardware layout, component evaluation, prototype construction, and test
  • Prepare test methods and specifications; analyze and test RF hardware to verify performance characteristics
  • Develop RF System/Subsystem Architectures consisting of antennas, transmitters, receivers, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, RF conversion elements, and transmission line equipment
  • Perform link analysis and optimization, including effects of propagation medium and possible interference sources
  • Develop and allocate RF system and subsystem functional and performance requirements
  • Identify and track RF technical performance measurements (TPMs)
  • Perform RF system/subsystem/component trade studies and CAIV analysis
  • Support Life Cycle Costs, reliability, availability, and maintainability analysis
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 9 years experience as RF Engineer
  • Experience in RF circuit design and RF PCB design up to 18 GHz
  • Experience in ADS or AWR Microwave Office
  • Desired skills: RF architecture experience, experience in SystemVue or AWR VSS, experience in full-wave simulation/analysis (HFSS or CST), experience with RF test equipment and RF hardware verification, RF Probe Station Experience, experience with RF production support, commercial RF design experience
Working Conditions:

First Shift hours: 6:00am-4:30pm
