Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced interiors Project Manager to lead our most innovative and complex projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues, address concerns, and improve project outcomes
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality control metrics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures
  • Interior project experience, including healthcare, offices, retail, restaurants, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
