We're Hiring a BCBA

Lighthouse Autism Center offers a unique opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As a BCBA at LAC, you will have access to annual conference and CEU stipends, as well as opportunities to earn Teaching CEUs during monthly training topics. Our in-house training provided by internal and external professionals will help you grow professionally and personally.

**Requirements and Salary**

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content and hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. You must also be eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The estimated salary range for this position is up to $75,000 + monthly bonus opportunities.
