Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Binson's Medical Equipment & Supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to respiratory patients and direct them to the sign in board
  • Teach patients the importance of compliance and use of CPAP devices
  • Complete proper patient documentation in initiation of respiratory therapy procedures
  • Answer in-store phone calls for respiratory or sales floor
  • Coordinate all aspects of services including physician's orders
  • Coordinate with the patient and caregiver(s) for therapy and/or equipment instruction
  • Perform sales and rentals using the POS system
