**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Administrator to join our team at Alakai Services and Poe'hana Group, Inc.

**About the Role:**

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting DPW's IT infrastructure by setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, servers, and network equipment.
  • This role includes managing system updates, installing and configuring software, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
  • The Network Systems Administrator will also provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Installing new software and hardware components.
  • Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
  • Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
  • Maintaining database by entering data.
  • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in desktop support, server administration, and network management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and IT best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
