Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and clean environment for patients, ensuring adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the management of observation unit patients, working closely with nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, reading current literature, and attending in-services and workshops.
Requirements
  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 1/2 year (6 months) directly related experience
  • Emergency Medical Technician Basic License
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to physical and emotional stress. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
