Ambulatory Care RN Manager

As a Manager Ambulatory Care RN Adult Primary Care, you will oversee the Normandie North Medical Office Adult Primary Care operation and serve as the Medical Office Administrator (MOA). This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, develop and implement clinical and nursing practice standards, and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of nursing services and out-patient care that meet or exceed cost, quality, clinical, and utilization standards and performance measures.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve integrated services across the continuum of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to establish, implement, maintain, and evaluate/improve patient care and quality service standards.
- Act as a patient advocate resolving patient care issues.
- Design and evaluate processes to improve systems and patient care results across the continuum of care.
- Develop and manage budgets and resource allocations.
- Monitor financial performance and identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of care/service.
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare supervisory experience or other related clinical area experience.
- OR Minimum one (1) year as an Assistant Manager of Ambulatory Care (i.e. ADA RN, JC 06066 or Non RN, JC 06020).
- OR Completion of Kaiser Permanente Southern California Postgraduate Fellowship in Health Care Administration and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
- Clinical specialization in area of practice (adult primary care) preferred.
- Ambulatory care nursing experience is preferred.
- Masters degree preferred.
