Senior Mechanical Engineer Leader

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer Leader to lead our design efforts in developing advanced mechanical systems for implantable devices. As a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, you will drive design integrity across multiple component product lines to achieve business goals consistent with cost, high quality, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
Responsibilities- Research and develop new mechanical designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
- Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 7 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree can substitute for up to 3 years of experience. Experience with physical testing of mechanical systems/components and failure analysis is a plus.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a salary range of $122,400.00 - $183,600.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contribution and match, and paid time off.
