About the Job

Medtronic is seeking an experienced Advanced Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of advanced mechanical products for implantable devices, with a focus on designing battery and capacitors products that meet the manufacturing roadmap for these devices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in design and development of complex mechanical systems. Additionally, knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or DRM/DFSS and experience with product and process risk analysis tools are essential. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,400.00 - $183,600.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contribution and match, and paid time off.
