Job Overview:
We are in search of skilled automotive service specialists who are enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to resolving complex issues and a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clientele.
  • Continuously enhance skills as an automotive service specialist across a diverse range of domestic and international vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough, accurate, and transparent vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to swiftly address customer concerns.
  • Adhere to and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Engage closely with the service department to effectively communicate customer issues.
  • Work alongside fellow specialists to troubleshoot problems, meet deadlines, and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:
  • Positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to obtain them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
  • A commitment to long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing over 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Capable of driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems.
