Overview:
We are in search of skilled automotive service technicians who are enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to resolving complex issues and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clientele.
  • Gain extensive experience as an automotive technician across a diverse array of domestic and international vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections to ensure quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Uphold and advocate for our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
  • Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot problems, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
  • A positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service.
  • ASE certifications are preferred, or a commitment to obtain them.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
  • Aiming for long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Capability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
  • Comfort working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Competence in navigating computer systems.
