- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with external relations, service providers, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports of activities and events, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping of resident services and engagement.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in education, public health, social work, or related field; demonstrated experience working in a social service, education, or related field providing case management services.
- Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other HOPE staff, National CORE staff, public officials, private sector officials, parents, and community leaders; ability to meet the needs of a diverse, low-income population; excellent organizational and document management skills.
The Services Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with diverse stakeholders, and will be required to travel to various locations as needed. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
