Job SummaryWe are seeking an MD with 1-2 years of research experience to join our team as a Cancer Researcher in the Gynecology Oncology Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gynecologic cancer research and a desire to conduct projects under the supervision of faculty gynecologic oncology physician scientists.
Responsibilities- Participate in educational activities, including tumor boards, journal clubs, case studies, and departmental educational meetings
- Record, compile, and analyze experimental data
- Generate presentation-ready processed data under appropriate supervision
- Learn research techniques that directly relate to the program's scientific projects and goals
- MD, Doctor of Osteopathy, or equivalent degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Knowledge of research methodologies to conduct clinical/translational research studies in applied research a plus but not required
