Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in both English and Spanish to join our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a dynamic contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address billing and payment inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports related to billing activities.
- Engage with Inspection Centres to resolve discrepancies related to inspection fees.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team Lead to tackle complex billing issues.
- Maintain service levels and adhere to departmental performance metrics.
- Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- A pleasant telephone demeanor and strong organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred.
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and holiday work as needed.
