As a Wellness Coach, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring participants through structured workout routines
  • Assisting members in setting and reaching their fitness objectives
  • Ensuring proper exercise techniques and providing corrections
  • Understanding the principles behind our workouts and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrating the use of fitness equipment
  • Collaborating effectively with team members

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess AED/CPR certification and hold a valid fitness certification recognized by Orangetheory Fitness. Specific responsibilities and qualifications may differ by location.
