We're looking for a skilled renal dietitian to join our team As a clinical renal care dietitian, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized plans of care for patients with ESRD and other nutrition-related conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the renal healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers on managing chronic conditions through healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
