About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Monitor children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and education

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education qualification desirable
  • Experience working with young children in a childcare setting

  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including standing, lifting, and bending

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
