- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our extensive range of tools and accessories.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and move equipment as needed.
