Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring customers have an amazing experience every time.
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements, and provide this information to customers.
  • Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
  • Continuously work on increasing knowledge of products and their uses.
  • Merchandise skills and abilities, recognizing and reporting merchandising issues, stock problems, pricing concerns, labeling and signage issues, etc.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a willingness to learn.
  • Establishing relationships and working with customers, with trade skills and a personality that supports our Core Values and mission a plus.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:

The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
Rate of Pay:

$/hr depending on experience.
