Job Title: GI Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GI Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at HealthPartners. As a key member of our gastroenterology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with various gastrointestinal conditions, including but not limited to inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and colon cancer.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, which may include medication, lifestyle modifications, and procedural interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in gastroenterology to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.
  • Current licensure as a PA or NP in the state of Minnesota.
  • Board certification in gastroenterology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a gastroenterology setting.
