Job Overview: At MetroWest Medical Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Adult Psych Part Time Days to join our team.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a RN Adult Psych Part Time Days, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Practice: Perform all aspects of clinical practice according to established standards of care, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Leadership: Delegate tasks, provide input into hiring and evaluations, resolve conflicts, and participate in unit/Hospital committees to promote a positive work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and complete documentation according to established legal and Hospital guidelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Communication: Communicate and collaborate effectively with all health team members, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Education: Stay current with nursing skills, equipment, and unit-specific knowledge to provide the best possible care.

Requirements: Current RN license - Massachusetts, BLS required, experience in Department, great interpersonal skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
