Per Diem Infusion Nurse Practitioner Los Angeles Metro Area

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Per Diem Infusion Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Los Angeles metro area. As a Per Diem Infusion Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our clinics.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing services to assigned patients in accordance with the patient's plan of care.
- Assess patients' conditions and develop a written plan of care.
- Regularly reassess patients' conditions and update the plan of care as needed.
- Initiate appropriate preventive nursing procedures.
- Counsel patients and families in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes, coordinate services, and inform physicians and other personnel of changes in patients' conditions and needs.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current NP state license.
- At least one year of nursing experience, infusion nursing experience is preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
- Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
- Ability to recognize and direct information to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Computer skills that include word processing and efficient use of the internet and email.
- Current CPR card, health certificate, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
The Per Diem Infusion Nurse Practitioner will work in our clinics in the Los Angeles metro area, which includes clinics in Sherman Oaks, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Encino, Glendale, and Arcadia. The clinic hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
