About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Club Ambassador to join our team at Planet Fitness - Lev Management. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members, ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members, guests, and visitors.
  • Support membership sales and retention efforts by promoting our Judgement Free Zone and addressing member concerns.
  • Assist with daily club operations, including cleaning and maintaining exercise equipment, spa amenities, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free at all times.
  • Perform routine walk-throughs to identify and address any safety or policy issues.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with members and colleagues.
  • Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
Benefits
  • $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
