Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address patient needs
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient-centered care and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding and alignment of care goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; ASN/ADN degree must be completed with a BSN within 4 years from hire date
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice required; current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to interact effectively with others, communicate clearly, and remain composed under pressure
Work Environment
