Job Summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join our team on a local contract basis in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and patient support during invasive and non-invasive procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians to ensure patient care and safety.
  • Operate medical equipment safely and correctly.
  • Assess procedure rooms for equipment functionality and readiness.
  • Obtain necessary supplies for individual cases.
  • Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school.
  • Basic EKG course completion.
  • Preferred: BS in Radiology or equivalent, 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath, Radiology Care.
  • Required certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, ARRT, State license if required, American Heart Association BLS, ACLS.
