Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team in a local contract position in Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist
  • Discipline: Allied Health Professional
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Local Contract

As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical and patient support, communicating with physicians, and operating equipment safely and correctly. You will also be responsible for assessing the procedure room, obtaining supplies, and participating in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.

Minimum Education

  • Formal 2 year radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school which meets requirements for registry by the ARRT
  • Basic EKG Course

Preferred Education

  • BS in Radiology or equivalent

Preferred Experience

  • 1 Year providing Cardiac Cath, Radiology Care

Required Certification/Licensure

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography; OR
  • Registered Cardiovasular Invasive Specialist
  • ARRT
  • State license if required
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ACLS
