Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a skilled Marine Mechanic to join our team in Edgewater, FL. As a Marine Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of watercraft, including electrical and motor work.

• Inspect boats upon arrival to identify any issues or defects
• Troubleshoot and repair boats for customers, dealer stock, and warranty
• Perform electrical and motor work for pre-delivery inspections
• Winterize boats to ensure they are ready for the next season
• Work Saturdays as needed to meet customer demands
• Utilize our computer system to clock in/out of jobs and record cause/correction notes for repair orders
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Follow procedures with attention to detail
• Prioritize and meet deadlines
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
