Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $24.00 per hour for those with a CDL A, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour for those without experience. In addition to a great salary, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 2 weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and 40 hours paid sick leave.
Job Description
As a Drilling Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include driving and operating drill rigs, vehicles, and other equipment, working outdoors year-round within two or three-person crews, solving problems, and following all safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid Driver's License for the state in which you reside, a negative drug test, satisfactory results of a background check, and an interstate DOT Medical Card. You will also need to be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and maintain all required certifications and training.
