Job Summary

The Line Attendant I is responsible for packaging and stacking product and materials according to product specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble containers to be used for packaging.
  • Package product efficiently into containers, utilizing packaging machinery.
  • Assist in changeovers.
  • Palletize containers to specifications, utilizing palletizing equipment/machinery.
  • Inspect product and labels to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Requisition containers and other supplies for delivery to workstations.
  • Ensure correct entries into factory software.
  • Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
  • Adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
  • Frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
  • Meet attendance requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
  • Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
