About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by engaging directly with customers and helping them find the products they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise to ensure a positive sales floor environment
  • Help customers find what they need and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude on the sales floor
Requirements
  • Solid communication skills and a desire to help customers
  • Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
  • Age: 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
