About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a positive sales floor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer files and contracts
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Age 18 or older
  • Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
