Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dudley Family Dental office. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.


Our office offers a competitive compensation package, including a bonus incentive that can earn you up to $100/hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth, to ensure optimal oral health for our patients.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Take and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, to monitor their overall health.
  • Assist with dental procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials to the dentist, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care to promote long-term oral health.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems, such as Open Dental.
  • Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
  • Valid state license as a Dental Hygienist.
  • Proficiency in using dental software systems, such as Open Dental, for medical documentation and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures and practices.
  • Familiarity with medical coding and billing processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment plans.
  • Attention to detail to accurately assess patient conditions and document findings.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals.
