Quality Assurance Specialist

At Manufacturing Inc, we are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality standards in our production process.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will perform visual inspections of products and components, verify product dimensions using basic measurement tools, and record inspection results. Responsibilities include identifying defects or inconsistencies, ensuring products meet established quality standards, and communicating with the production team to address quality issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and detect any deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and discrepancies in quality control logs.
  • Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in products to the production team.
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify quality issues.
  • Basic knowledge of measurement tools and instruments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
