Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for quality assurance and compliance to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality behavioral health care to individuals and families in Western Massachusetts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality supervision to Quality Assistants and other direct reports, overseeing and ensuring quality compliance with agency regulations and program contract requirements.

About the Role:

  • Reports to: Senior Leadership
  • Location: Western Massachusetts
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality supervision to Quality Assistants and other direct reports to teach, monitor, and support their quality functions, professional growth, and work performance.
  2. Oversee and ensure quality compliance with agency regulations and program contract requirements.
  3. Develop, implement, and monitor reports and workflows in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
  4. Maintain effective and collaborative communication with stakeholders.
  5. Analyze data to understand implications on services, clients, staff, or other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Must have 5 years' experience in the human services or related field.
  • Prior supervisory or consultative experience in quality performance and assurance required.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles of behavioral health, including considerable knowledge of the classification and treatment of mental health, addiction, and services for individuals with developmental delays.
