Applicant Expectations:
  • Prior pediatric experience is required (*Senior level therapists with over 8 years of experience).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and creative individuals who can work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, resource-rich environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence are essential.
  • A passion for occupational therapy is a must.
  • Willingness to invest in personal development through mentorship and continuing education.
  • Must hold a valid license in NY State and maintain Professional Liability insurance.
  • NYC DOE Fingerprinting and clearance are mandatory.
  • *Partnership or buy-in level therapists should demonstrate a proven track record of quality therapy services and related administrative skills.
Compensation: Pay will be determined based on experience, the contracts/locations accepted, and individual performance. Additional rewards are available for those who bring clients to the center.
