Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds of the hotel are well-maintained and meet hotel policies and procedures.
  • Sanitation and Chemical Management: Manage sanitation requirements and apply relevant chemicals to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Guest and Employee Satisfaction: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, employees, and management to ensure maximum room availability.
  • Alarm Response: Immediately respond to alarms, identify the cause, and report findings to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Identify and report safety concerns, and assist in eliminating them to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete required paperwork and maintain organized work sites to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials.
