Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication through the hospital's switchboard.
• Accurately manage and route all incoming and outgoing telephone communications.
• Provide assistance to patients, take messages, and log calls for medical staff and other personnel.
• Monitor alarm systems and respond accordingly.
• React promptly and appropriately to emergency codes.
• Contact necessary personnel during critical situations.
