Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the seamless operation of hospital communication systems.
  • Accurately manage and direct all incoming and outgoing telephone communications.
  • Provide assistance to patients, document messages, and record calls for medical staff and other personnel.
  • Oversee and react to alarm systems as needed.
  • Respond to emergency codes swiftly and appropriately.
  • Notify relevant staff during critical situations.
