Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the seamless operation of hospital communication systems.
- Accurately manage and direct all incoming and outgoing telephone communications.
- Provide assistance to patients, document messages, and record calls for medical staff and other personnel.
- Oversee and react to alarm systems as needed.
- Respond to emergency codes swiftly and appropriately.
- Notify relevant staff during critical situations.
