Sales Operations Associate

The Sales Operations team at NetJets & EJM is the hub of knowledge and support for the inside and outside sales teams. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will handle all aspects of the sales cycle from prospect engagement through our phones and website, database management and governance, and proposal and contract generation. This team is very likely always the first point of contact for a prospective NetJets Owner and the constant point of contact for the entire sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Private Aviation Expert: Handle all inbound phone calls and web inquiries. Provide prospective Owners with program and company information, assess their private aviation needs, and capture all pertinent contact information in Salesforce. Delegate them to the appropriate sales team based on findings. Process all inbound leads by searching for possible duplicate records, update applicable contact information, research qualifications through platforms like Wealth Engine, Zoom Info, and Google, and delegate to the sales team.
- Sales Subject Matter Expert: Be a subject matter expert in all things relating to NetJets sales, including financial proposals, program and contract knowledge, and all systems and processes. Act as a non-biased party and make executive decisions within our Salesforce database when it relates to data ownership amongst the sales teams. Assist the sales team with a variety of different requests, including researched lead additions, reporting, financial proposals, and product/program questions. Maintain and update all financial tools required to quote/propose products on a monthly basis.
- Consistent Contributor: Utilize extensive knowledge of the sales department to identify areas of improvement and think through possible solutions. Harness the "why" mentality to question the status quo and uncover more efficient and profitable ways to complete daily tasks. Be a resource for the Salesforce development team when it comes to testing and thinking through ways to improve our CRM platform. Continually work with and contribute to all other areas of the business throughout NetJets.
- Foster Growth: Continually grow and maintain your knowledge of the business by staying up to date on the Revenue Policy, Investment Summary, Product Overview Guide, and additional product/process changes made throughout the year by management. Assist with training of new team members and participate in team interviews. Be a resource for your direct team by helping with questions and challenging each other to continually think outside of the box to learn the business and improve it.

Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing
