- Collaborate with individuals, their families, and support teams to develop and implement personalized service plans.
- Respond to crisis situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
This is a part-time position, requiring less than 15 hours of work per week.
